본 연구는 간호학생이 생각하는 간호사 이미지, 대중매체에 나타나는 간호사의 이미지와 간호전문직관의 관계와 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 파악하여, 간호학생에게 긍정적인 간호사 이미지와 간호전문직관을 세우기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 진행하였다. 본 연구는 충북 C시 소재 두 개 간호학과 학생을 편의 추출하여, 연구 참여에 동의한 336명으로부터 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집한 서술적 조사연구이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 적용하여, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, 단계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 간호전문직관은 간호사이미지, 대중매체적 간호사 이미지와 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 확인하기 위한 단계적 다중회귀분석 결과 간호사이미지, 대중매체적 간호사이미지, 간호학 전공에 불만족하는 경우 등의 3개 변수가 유의하였고 이 변수를 포함한 모형은 간호학생의 전문직관에 대해 68.5% 의 설명력을 보였으며, 그 중 간호사 이미지가 가장 중요한 영향요인이었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해, 졸업 후 국민의 건강증진에 중요한 역할을 하게 될 참된 간호인으로써의 간호전문직관 확립을 위해 간호학생들의 전공만족도를 높이고 간호사 이미지를 긍정적으로 가질 수 있게 도와주는 전략이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of nurses’ identification perceived by nursing students on the nursing professionalism. A convenience sample of 336 subjects were recruited from two nursing schools. For data analysis, SPSS 21.0 program was used. The mean score of image of nurse, image of nurses in mess media, nursing professionalism were 3.93, 3.75 and 3.81, respectively. Nursing professionalism was showed a positive corelation with image of nurse and image of nurses in mess media. Factors that affect nursing professionalism was image of nurse, image of nurse in mess media and dissatisfaction in major. The explanation power of nursing professionalism was 68.5%. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an effective intervention program to improve nursing students’s satisfaction in major and positive nurses’ image.
